Dana is the founder of Sailing Workforce Solutions. As the wife of a professional sailor, she has known first hand the challenges to find employment benefits and retirement planning for her family. She has watched how difficult it can be for people who enter the sailing profession be able to find a job, find a mentor, navigate in their career, and develop their future as a sailing professional. Dana took her experience as an HR leader who worked the past 20 years supporting major corporations, c-suite leaders and small business owners to bring together other like minded HR professionals to help those who don’t have access to “corporate or company benefits” to form Sailing Workforce Solutions.

As an Insurance and Employee Benefit Broker, Cheryl has worked with individuals, employees, micro and small business owners to help them navigate the world of protecting themselves, their families, and their businesses with the proper coverages for health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to legal services and comprehensive identity theft protection and restoration services. Cheryl has protected almost 2500 people, enabling them with the resources to provide them with security and peace of mind. Her mission is to make an impact by making a difference.

Adrienne is a mom who loves to be outside near the ocean. She is adventurous who loves to experience new parts of the world with her family including her pup Malibu. Adrienne loves to help others as a Financial Advisor. She believes that everyone should have access to an advisor for their financial future, working on tax planning, and being able to help her clients nationwide. Adrienne is an expert in creating customized bulletproof plans that leave a legacy to her client's loved ones and create a growing generational education of financial planning.

Michelle enjoys breathing new life into individuals careers, being innovative with employer cultures, fostering conscious leadership and high-performing teams.

She also contributes to the Wired Well column for the New York Times and is a regular reporter/ correspondent on The Today Show, CNN, HLN, Yahoo!, Time, ABC and CBS Radio, and many others. Her stories and commentary reach an estimated two billion readers, viewers, and listeners each month. In her spare time, Jenn’s an avid ultra-marathon runner, equestrian, former triathlete, and loves to read, write, travel, and discover new adventures. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her family and animals.

He is passionate about developing sailors in the sport to see them have their best performance possible. He wants to grow the sailing profession for future generations to share in the enthusiasm so many in the sailing community.

Blaine is an experienced fundraising and development professional with a background in university support, national governing bodies, and environmental organizations. The work he enjoys most takes on big challenges and searches for bold solutions. His work in the sailing industry supports programs looking to improve their competitiveness and push towards their next big goal. His love for building teams and finding the right people to achieve performance goals, while also having a great time on the water.

Tony is one of the best Finance Leaders in the industry, he has led small to larger non for profits to their success to achieve goals which provide value to the associations he works with. Not only is Tony an amazing financial leader but he is also a sailor. He just completed the Pacific Cup in 2024 on an express 27.
